All orders are made and dispatched from London.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Dispatch times
- Ready-made items (beanies and other standard pieces) are dispatched the next business day after your order is placed.
- Personalised and made-to-order items are embroidered individually for you. Please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare your piece before it is dispatched.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days.
In total, you can expect:
- Ready-made items: 2–3 business days from order to doorstep
- Personalised items: 3–5 business days from order to doorstep
Shipping costs
UK delivery is a flat £2.50 on all orders.
A note on personalised orders
Because personalised pieces are stitched to order, please double-check any names, words and spellings before placing your order — we stitch exactly what you enter, and personalised items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty.
