Ordering & personalisation
How do I personalise an item?
On any personalised product page you'll find a text field where you can enter the name, wording or details you'd like embroidered. Please double-check your spelling, capitalisation and any dates before adding to cart — we stitch exactly what you enter.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact me as soon as possible at hello@minemalist.london. If your item hasn't been stitched yet I can usually amend or cancel it. Once embroidery has started, personalised items can't be changed.
Can I order a design that isn't listed?
Yes — I love custom requests. Send me a message with what you have in mind and I'll let you know if it's possible and what it would cost.
Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is a flat £2.50 on all orders.
How long will my order take?
- Ready-made items (beanies and standard pieces): 2–3 business days from order to doorstep.
- Personalised items: 3–5 business days, as each piece is embroidered individually for you.

I need my order by a specific date — can you help?
Please message me before ordering and I'll do my best to work to your deadline.
Returns & refunds
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in their original packaging. See our full Refund Policy.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because personalised pieces are made specifically for you, they can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If there's a problem with your order, contact me straight away and I'll put it right.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
Products & care
How should I care for my embroidered item?
We recommend washing at 30°C on a gentle cycle, inside out, and drying flat where possible. Avoid ironing directly over embroidery.
Are your items handmade?
Every piece is created in my London studio using professional embroidery technology combined with hand-finished care. I personally design, embroider and pack every order.
